Covid-19 may have damaged the career prospects of young people leaving education over the past 18 months, but could marketing be emerging as a popular destination for this next wave of talent?
It would be hard to overstate the impact the pandemic has had on young people’s careers across the UK. Some 28% of 16-25-year olds say Covid has ruined their career dreams, according to a survey of 5,000 young people conducted by the Co-op, while 65% believe competition to get a job has increased so much it feels impossible.
